We offer a range of annual maintenance packages designed to provide you with all you need to keep your heating system running safely and efficiently all year round.
Our annual maintenance contracts are managed by our experienced boiler maintenance staff, thereby taking the hassle out of managing your boiler services. Our team will contact you when you are due a service to arrange an appointment at a time to suit you.
Packages Available
We offer 2 types of Annual Maintenance Contracts –fixed price or an hourly rate package.
Both packages can be upgraded to include 2 services a year (depending on the appliance).
Annual Boiler Service
An annual boiler service ensures you get the best from your heating system. An efficient heating system helps to reduce running costs and unnecessarily high energy bills over the colder months.
A professional boiler service provides piece of mind knowing that your heating system is protected and less-likely to suffer a costly, unexpected breakdown or repair.
What is involved in a routine boiler service?
- A thorough clean of your boiler
- A combustion efficiency check
- And any essential replacement parts will be fitted (parts chargeable above service cost)
On-Demand Maintenance Service
If you do not wish to sign a maintenance contract, we also offer an On-Demand maintenance service.
