To our valued customers
Having taken into consideration the preventative guidance issued by the UK and Scottish Governments along with the World Health Organisation, as well as advice issued from industry bodies including UKIFDA, the following steps have been put in place.
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand held devices to customers to capture signatures. Our fuel delivery drivers and engineers will instead log the account holder name. This will apply to all fuel deliveries and engineer visits.
Our retail sites are seeing increased demand in certain products and we are working hard to make sure there is stock on our shelves. Our stores are still receiving deliveries, but we politely request that customers buy sensibly to make sure there is enough for all, including our most vulnerable customers. Hand washing facilities are available but as an extra precautionary measure disposable gloves are currently being provided for fuel pump operations and we ask customers where possible to use contactless payment.
We are working hard to ensure business continuity, however as the current situation in the UK evolves some customers may incur longer delivery lead times on fuel orders and we ask for customers understanding during these difficult times.
