You will receive your account number via email or letter.
We would ask that you keep a copy of your account number on hand as you will need it when you want to repurchase or if you need to talk to us about your account.
Direct Debit Payment Options
We have 2 options available for Direct Debit payment. Please return the Direct Debit mandate form, clearly stating which option you would like to choose.
1) Uplift your account balance on the 10th of the month.
2) Budget payment plan where a fixed amount is uplifted each month.
Customer Portal
We also have a customer portal. This is our online account management software. This is where you can find your account details, information on previous payments made and copies of your invoices.
As a new customer you can set up an account by following the user request link. You will then receive an email to create a password. You can access the customer portal using the link below.
